The Brief

As a new clinic that opened its doors in May 2019, it was important for Allied Dental to have patients walking through the door. Steady revenue can be the lifeline of any new business and Allied Dental was no different. From their experience, the management at Allied knew that healthcare marketing is a specialised area that needs experts to tackle. They still invested in local marketing through flyer distributions and a little bit of social media, but it didn’t deliver the punch they were looking for. This meant partnering with a team of experienced marketers who really understood how to market a clinic and establish trust and credibility from the start.
Our Approach

Our methodology was rolled out with a simple yet powerful plan: to capture patients from the suburb that the clinic is based in, along with surrounding areas. Expanding the client’s reach in this way required us to optimise their online presence through the right blend of on-page SEO and off-page link building to the core platform. From a conversion standpoint, user experience was the forefront of our efforts to build a sustainable web presence that could engage website visitors from the word go.
