The Brief

Dollar Curtains & Blinds has been a leading Aussie provider of window furniture for 5 decades. With multiple stores across the nation, their attention to serving local area needs is bolstered through customer consultations on designing the interiors that people want in their homes.

This meant outranking competitors and driving more people through the doors for both, design consultations as well as sales.

One of the key issues was the website was not fully optimised or geared towards encouraging conversions.

Deliverables

Keeping the customer and user profile in perspective, our contribution was to create an online experience in the form of a new website for Dollar Curtains & Blinds to showcase their range of products tactically but also to engage and convert visitors better.

The information architecture of the website was key to ensuring that it was well optimized and would continue to rank consistently high on search engines. The aim was to create a connection between online activity and offline retail so that a truly multichannel ecosystem would be conceived.
