Australia’s largest network of skin and cosmetic treatment clinics.

The Brief

Laser Clinics is the market leader in laser hair removal, skin and beauty treatments in Australia. With over 100+ clinics servicing over half a million clients each year, their franchise network sets the benchmark for the beauty industry overall.
Their business goal was to augment their position as the leader in a competitive industry that saw the multiple new clinics open in key suburbs that LCA also operated in. For the client, it was imperative to keep attracting new and existing consumers through their sales funnel and keep the clinic network busy.
The core challenge was to do this across different business lines, for example a client requiring laser hair treatment may vary from someone with a skin treatment requirement.
Our Craft

The need of the hour was a tailored strategy that incorporated a website redesign to coincide with a brand relaunch all over Australia. With a network of 100 clinics and almost 900,000 clients, it was imperative to maintain user experience, engagement and targeted segmentation. This led to a more robust and integrated digital approach to boost user acquisition and growth, including Paid Search, SEO, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media advertising.
A combination of behavioural targeting was used in conjunction with creative testing to assess user engagement and market uplift. This allowed the identification of the types of messaging that resonated with audiences the most, driving an increase in online bookings and leads generated.
The Results

The numbers speak for themselves. The client has seen a 57% increase in business leads, and 48% increase in organic search visibility on Google and other search engines. The integrated strategy and marketing alongside the client’s brand relaunch was a major success.
